I had this issue the first time out with one of my PSA ARs. Not every pull, but maybe about every other trigger pull on average it would not reset and I'd have to flick the trigger forward to reset it. Fiddled with it at home looking for buurs and such, found none. Next time out it worked flawlessly, and every time since. No idea what it was.
